01 Can I customise a package to fit my specific needs?

Absolutely! While our packages are designed to suit different levels of support, we understand every event is unique. Whether you need to adjust for additional guests, add services, or plan for multiple days, we’re happy to create a tailored solution that reflects your specific vision. Let’s discuss your event details, and we’ll ensure your package is as unique as your celebration.


02 How involved will you be on the day of the event?

With our Luxe package, we are fully present on your event day to handle setup and styling. This includes ensuring every detail - from aisle décor and table settings to signage - is perfectly executed. We are there up until your first guests arrive, making sure everything looks flawless and ready. If you require additional support for a turnaround (e.g., after the ceremony) or further styling during the event, this can be arranged for an additional charge, based on the extra hours worked. This flexible support ensures that you can fully relax and enjoy your day, knowing every detail is taken care of seamlessly.


03 Do you offer a stationery design service?

Yes, we offer an in-house stationery design service. Once we understand your vision and create your mood board, we’ll determine whether our stationery service is the right fit for your design. In many cases, our in-house designs align perfectly with our clients’ needs. However, sometimes we feel your vision could benefit from elements such as calligraphy on handmade paper or bespoke techniques that we don’t produce in-house. In this case, we collaborate closely with skilled makers across the UK and abroad, ensuring the highest quality craftsmanship that matches seamlessly with your design brief.


04 Who is the Essential package ideal for?

The Essential package is perfect for those who want to plan and manage their event themselves but appreciate having a professional guide the initial creative process. This package gives you a cohesive design plan, a mood board, and a detailed inventory and budget tracker, along with supplier recommendations to fit your style and budget. It’s ideal for confident planners who want just the right amount of direction.


05 What’s the difference between the Luxe and Hire Studio packages?

The Luxe package offers the highest level of involvement, covering everything from venue visits and unlimited support to on-the-day styling and post-event teardown. The Hire Studio package focuses on prop hire and stationery design. You can choose from a ready-made edit or let us know what design you would like. If you’re looking for full-service support, Luxe is the way to go; if you prefer more involvement yourself, the Hire Studio edits strike a perfect balance.
