We’ve designed everything from bringing the outside in at the Royal Botanic Gardens - where florals and foliage ran the length of the walls and every table told a different fairytale, to a romantic luxury elopement at Virgin Hotels, where florals and candlelight complimented the plush red ambience. We’ll guide you through the design process - helping you define your look, recommend the suppliers to suit, and hand over a clear, polished styling plan to share with your venue and suppliers.

A full Mood Board and Design Brief suited to your vision and style.

Alice is the founder of Allure Collective, bringing an instinctive sense of style and a love of thoughtful design to every celebration she shapes. With a background rooted in interiors, fashion and digital design, she blends intuition and precision to create event experiences that feel elevated, intentional and unmistakably personal.
Her journey began in 2020, when she took on her family’s prop-hire business and gradually evolved it into the design-forward, multi-studio creative house Allure Collective is today - now run alongside her husband, Ramsay. Together, they bring a calm, collaborative energy to the process, each playing to their strengths to deliver work that feels thoughtful and beautifully considered.
She believes every event should tell her couple’s story. Collaborating closely with clients and trusted suppliers, Alice crafts cohesive, beautifully curated concepts that feel effortless in the moment and memorable long after. With her warm, approachable nature, she creates a space where clients feel understood, supported and genuinely excited about what’s possible.

01 Can I customise a package to fit my specific needs?
Our packages have been carefully designed to suit different levels of support, as we understand every event is unique, we take our time to create your bespoke proposal during the consultation process. This means that whether you need to adjust for additional guests, add services, or plan for multiple days, we’re able to create a tailored solution that reflects your specific vision. Let’s discuss your event details, and we’ll ensure your package is as unique as your celebration.
02 How involved will you be on the day of the event?
With our Signature and Luxe Design Studio services, we are fully present on your event day to handle setup and styling. This includes ensuring every detail - from aisle décor and table settings to signage and florals - is perfectly executed. As part of our Luxe Design Studio service we also include room turnaround (e.g. after the ceremony), and our styling team will be on hand to move any items right up until your call to dinner. If you require further styling during dinner, to get ready for your evening, this can be arranged for an additional charge, based on the extra hours worked. This flexible support ensures that you can fully relax and enjoy your day, knowing every detail is taken care of seamlessly.
03 Do you offer sourcing of suppliers?
Yes, we offer sourcing of suppliers as part of our Luxe Design Studio service. Once we understand your vision and create your mood board, we’ll begin work to source and manage all external suppliers necessary to bring your vision to life. Always prioritising vision and budget.
If you’ve booked our Signature Design Studio service, you’ll manage the sourcing of suppliers yourself, we’ll then come back into the planning process at 8 weeks to go to go over the final details ahead of your day.
Our Essential Mood Board Service does not include sourcing of suppliers but this can be upgraded at any point if you decide you need a little extra help.
04 Who is the Essential Mood Board Service ideal for?
The Essential Mood Board Service is perfect for those who want to plan and manage their event themselves but appreciate having a professional guide the initial creative process. This service gives you a cohesive mood board and design plan, along with supplier recommendations to fit your style and budget. It’s ideal for confident planners who want just the right amount of design direction.
05 What’s the difference between the Signature and Luxe Design Studio packages?
The Luxe Design Studio service offers fully involved support from start to finish, including venue visits, ongoing guidance, sourcing, coordination, on-the-day styling and post-event teardown.
The Signature Design Studio service includes the same creative direction and on-the-day setup, but the sourcing and planning phase sits with you. We design the vision; you manage the steps in between.
