As your Creative Director, we take the lead on every visual detail, so your celebration feels uniquely you.

The Luxe Service

For the ones who want it all done - without having to do it all yourself.

The busy ones, the full-diary professionals, the folk with rich social lives and very little spare time. We design, source, plan and manage all of your design suppleirs. We’ll roll up our sleeves, get stuck in and be there when things feel heavy. There’s really very little we won’t do (we love to be challenged).

What you can expect:

  • Design Phase: We’ve put years into our Design Phase so that we can guarantee we’ll shape a celebration that feels ‘oh so incredibly you’. Not anyone else’s.

  • This vision will be presented through a [probably over 15-page] design deck - there’s not much we won’t cover here.

  • Sourcing of all design suppliers including [but not limited to!] florist, stationer, lighting, textiles, draping, tableware, bespoke builds + more. You want it? We’ll figure out a way to do it.

  • No matter what day, time, stage of planning you’re at. We get it, and we’re here to help you through it - no more doing this alone. Whatsapp, email or Instagram DM us any time - we’re here for you.

  • Payment timelines, budgets, emails - all that not so glamorous but oh-so essential stuff will be managed by our team, so you don’t need to worry about a thing.

  • You’ll get full access to our edit of modern, design-led props and décor pieces.

  • You can be fully present with your wedding party as we’ll take care of all on-the-day styling and setup of every detail.

  • No worries that you’ll need to be on hand the next day to do anything. We’ll take care of all of the post-celebration wrap-up, with our team handling all packing and returns.

I’ve always been
obsessed with design

From childhood days spent watching Grand Designs or good old-fashioned Changing Rooms - if it involved interiors, I was hooked. I always thought I’d end up as an interior designer… and then I stumbled into weddings. More than five years on, I’m still completely obsessed.

Helping people is my vibe. My CV includes: a brief stint working in charity, many younger years in customer-facing roles from the complaints department of a not-so-glamorous boiler company to the fitting rooms at Topshop. I also spent a chunk of time training how to help people feel looked after when things don’t quite go to plan. You’ll often hear me say - there’s no such thing as a problem, only a solution. This phrase definitely encapsulates the service I give to every single client today.

When I reflect on what brings me the most joy in this industry - yes, it’s the beautiful rooms and spaces we create (of course). But it’s also the feeling my clients tell me I give them. The support I offer, the reassurance, the calm - that’s what really lights my soul on fire. I just love helping people. Genuinely.

01 Can I customise a package to fit my specific needs?

Our packages have been carefully designed to suit different levels of support, as we understand every event is unique, we take our time to create your bespoke proposal during the consultation process. This means that whether you need to adjust for additional guests, add services, or plan for multiple days, we’re able to create a tailored solution that reflects your specific vision. Let’s discuss your event details, and we’ll ensure your package is as unique as your celebration.


02 How involved will you be on the day of the event?

With our Signature and Luxe Design Studio services, we are fully present on your event day to handle setup and styling. This includes ensuring every detail - from aisle décor and table settings to signage and florals - is perfectly executed. As part of our Luxe Design Studio service we also include room turnaround (e.g. after the ceremony), and our styling team will be on hand to move any items right up until your call to dinner. If you require further styling during dinner, to get ready for your evening, this can be arranged for an additional charge, based on the extra hours worked. This flexible support ensures that you can fully relax and enjoy your day, knowing every detail is taken care of seamlessly.


03 Do you offer sourcing of suppliers?

Yes, we offer sourcing of suppliers as part of our Luxe Design Studio service. Once we understand your vision and create your mood board, we’ll begin work to source and manage all external suppliers necessary to bring your vision to life. Always prioritising vision and budget.

If you’ve booked our Signature Design Studio service, you’ll manage the sourcing of suppliers yourself, we’ll then come back into the planning process at 8 weeks to go to go over the final details ahead of your day.

Our Essential Mood Board Service does not include sourcing of suppliers but this can be upgraded at any point if you decide you need a little extra help.


04 Who is the Design Intensive Service ideal for?

The Design Intensive Service is perfect for those who want to plan and manage their event themselves but appreciate having a professional guide the initial creative process. This service gives you a cohesive mood board and design plan, along with supplier recommendations to fit your style and budget. It’s ideal for confident planners who want just the right amount of design direction.


05 What’s the difference between the Signature and Luxe Design Studio packages?

The Luxe Design Studio service offers fully involved support from start to finish, including venue visits, ongoing guidance, sourcing, coordination, on-the-day styling and post-event teardown.

The Signature Design Studio service includes the same creative direction and on-the-day setup, but the sourcing and planning phase sits with you. We design the vision; you manage the steps in between.

We’ve got you covered! Our exclusive Client Portal is designed to keep you organised and informed throughout your planning journey. This password-protected hub provides everything you need in one place, including:

  • Your event timeline with key milestones
